What is Tai  Chi ?

Tai chi is a gentle exercise . 

 Tai Chi is composed of  slow,

deliberate movements, 

meditation, 

and deep breathing,

which enhance physical health 

and emotional well being

My Tai Chi Teacher Madam Xia Yu Rong
comes from  China ,  the school of
Yang Tai Chi  .

 
Her teaching is focusing on  physical good health and balance in the body movements
 

You can find Madam Xia and her Tai Chi Students  in  Botanic Garden.
Tai Chi is good for health
The Tai Chi classes including Tai Chi Fan and Tai Chi Sword .

1. Tai chi sessions are usually group classes that last about an hour.

2.  Each session begins with a warm up exercise.

3. Then my Tai Chi Teacher  guides the class through a  series of  8 - 108 Tai Chi movements.

4. She encourages the class to perform all movements in  a slow motion with  natural  breathing.
